About the Position:
We are in search of a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our revenue team. This position reports to the Business Development Manager and involves spearheading initial outreach to targeted accounts and partners, collaborating closely with both sales and marketing teams.
Work Environment:
Although Garner is headquartered in New York City, this role is open to candidates who thrive in a remote work setting with occasional travel to our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified meetings and build a robust pipeline for Garner’s revenue organization.
- Achieve or surpass BDR activity metrics as established.
- Collaborate with sales team members to create targeted lists, calling strategies, and messaging to cultivate opportunities.
- Leverage industry knowledge to research accounts, pinpoint key targets, spark interest, identify pivotal events, and nurture accounts.
- Engage in high-level discovery conversations within target accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage, track, and report all activities.
- Partner with Growth Marketing to enhance attendance at regional and national events.
