- Year 1 Target Earnings: $50,000 – $60,000+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses)

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our Inside Sales team, engaging with small to medium-sized businesses across the country. Your task will be to understand their unique needs, present customized digital marketing solutions, and foster long-lasting relationships that yield tangible results.
- Initiate Conversations: Connect with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Consult with Assurance: Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight Hibu’s comprehensive digital platform, including websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more.
- Close Sales: Generate revenue by converting prospects into dedicated clients.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in growing their businesses through strategic marketing initiatives.
