About the Role:
The Business Development Representative plays a vital role in the Sales team at IVX Health, focusing on enhancing our influence in the healthcare industry. This position involves daily engagement with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and staff at partner hospitals and clinics. The primary goal is to introduce these providers to our ambulatory infusion services, fostering relationships that encourage patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Growth & Referral Development
- Identify and engage potential referral sources to enhance patient encounters.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the designated territory.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and health systems to boost referral volume.
- Participate in community events and local activities to increase brand visibility and referral opportunities.
- Provider Engagement & Education
- Conduct both in-person and virtual presentations and educational sessions with healthcare providers and office personnel.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding IVX Health services, referral procedures, and patient experiences.
- Serve as a liaison between referring practices and IVX operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for providers and patients.
