Role Overview
We are expanding our mid-market sales team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to engage with real estate brokerages and high-performing teams. This pivotal front-line role is essential to our mid-market sales organization, directly influencing our growth trajectory.
You will not be reading from a script; instead, you will proactively reach out to owners, team leaders, and key decision-makers in real estate firms. By understanding their operations, growth strategies, and needs, you will identify and present opportunities to our Mid-Market Account Executives.
As part of a newer, innovative team operating like a startup within Luxury Presence, this role offers the chance to tackle real challenges, learn rapidly, take ownership, and lay the groundwork for a successful sales career.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, targeting deals ranging from $30K to $250K ACV.
Conduct high-quality outbound outreach through phone, email, and social media to connect with brokers, team leads, and executives.
Gain a deep understanding of brokerage operations, technology decision-making, and business growth strategies.
Schedule qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives based on thorough discovery and qualification criteria.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline from the ground up, demonstrating high levels of ownership and self-driven prospecting.
Monitor activities, analyze data, and continuously refine your approach to enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead generation or business development capacity, utilizing phone, email, or social outreach.
Experience in prospecting mid-market or enterprise accounts is preferred, particularly within the real estate sector.
Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a polished, confident telephone presence.
A BA/BS degree is preferred.
