Role Overview

As we expand rapidly, we're seeking an imaginative and motivated Business Development Representative to enhance our outreach initiatives.

In this essential role within our BDR team, you will identify effective strategies to facilitate introductions for our sales team, fostering meaningful conversations with prospective clients and directly impacting our company’s growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering the art of engaging potential clients through cold calling and highly personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Designing and executing creative outreach campaigns for select accounts, including crafting compelling messages and experimenting with new approaches for continuous improvement.

  • Managing customer conversations for interested clients in our free offerings and providing a subset of product demos, enhancing your communication and sales navigation skills.

  • Nurturing relationships with potential clients who may not be ready to engage yet, keeping them informed with event invitations and company updates.

  • Collaborating closely with our go-to-market team to gain insights into marketing, growth strategies, sales, and partnerships.

  • Leading a 10% project—an initiative that complements your main responsibilities and contributes to the company’s advancement while developing your personal skill set (previous examples include recruitment marketing, SEO initiatives, or persona documentation development).
