Your Responsibilities

Build & Manage Your Prospect Pipeline

  • Take ownership of prospect engagement from initial contact to opportunity creation.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospects that fit Phocas’ ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.

Engage & Qualify Prospects

  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and objectives.
  • Qualify opportunities based on established quality and conversion standards.
  • Articulate the Phocas value proposition with clarity and confidence.

Collaborate & Execute Campaigns

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Partners on coordinated prospecting initiatives.
  • Promptly and professionally follow up on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to Sales regarding opportunity quality and market insights.

Operate with Discipline

  • Ensure accurate CRM records and maintain strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Keep updated on Phocas products, customer use cases, and market developments.
  • Utilize sales tools and technology for efficient and effective workflow.

Success Metrics

  • Consistently generate sales-qualified opportunities that are valued and accepted by Sales.
  • Achieve strong conversion rates from lead to opportunity.
  • Respond swiftly and thoughtfully to inbound leads.
  • Regularly meet or surpass opportunity and quota targets.
  • Receive positive feedback from Sales on the quality of opportunities created.
