Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads, organizing meetings with our Account Executives.
Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, texts, and social media to understand their business banking needs.
Promote Relay's partnership offerings by aligning product features with the requirements of small business owners and their advisors.
Achieve a high volume of meetings through proactive outbound outreach, balancing assigned accounts with self-generated leads.
Gather insights during conversations to set up our Account Executives for success.
Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance and streamline our sales processes.
Your Profile
You possess over 1 year of experience in a high-volume sales environment (e.g., retail, staffing agency, or previous BDR/SDR roles).
You excel in both written and verbal communication.
You are articulate and professional in all forms of communication.
You have a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving results.
