Your Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to amplify our outbound pipeline generation and facilitate the next phase of commercial growth. This onsite role in San Francisco is ideal for someone passionate about prospecting, adept with a high-volume phone outreach strategy, and eager to join a team where outbound tactics are already proving to be a crucial growth lever.

This position is not a mere plug-and-play; while the groundwork is established, there remains ample opportunity to enhance messaging, targeting, and processes. The ideal candidate will relish both execution and iteration: generating qualified leads while refining the outbound approach over time. This role also offers substantial long-term growth potential, including a pathway to a closing role as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach with a strong focus on phone-based prospecting
  • Research target accounts and contacts to enhance outreach quality and conversion rates
  • Qualify prospective clients and convert outreach efforts into sales opportunities
  • Work closely with sales leadership and Account Executives to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
  • Monitor prospecting activities, opportunity creation, and account progress within internal systems
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance, market responses, and process improvements
  • Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable outbound engine as the commercial team grows

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound prospecting position
