Role Overview
In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will take ownership of the global Business Development (BD) function. Your mission is ambitious yet straightforward:
- Lead & Coach: Inspire and mentor a growing team of BDRs across EMEA, establishing clear objectives and creating scalable career development opportunities.
- Build Pipeline: Design and implement scalable, data-driven prospecting programs that consistently yield qualified meetings and generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Optimize Process: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting, territory assignments, engagement cadences, and tools.
- Align Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Marketing on campaign strategies and with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions and high conversion rates.
- Report & Forecast: Manage top-of-funnel metrics, providing accurate weekly forecasts and actionable insights to leadership.
Your success will be measured by the pipeline generated, conversion rates, and the development of a world-class BD team.
