Preferred Skills:Strong technical proficiency with the ability to rapidly learn and instruct others on software scheduling and reporting tools. Self-motivated and capable of managing a diverse daily task list in a fully remote setting. Analytical thinker with the ability to convert data into growth strategies for dealership management.

Join our dynamic Mobile Service team as a Business Development Specialist (BDS) Representative. In this fully remote position, you will play a crucial role in establishing connections between dealerships, customers, and our internal field teams. Your primary objective will be to enhance appointment volumes through strategic outreach, foster dealer relationships, and ensure the efficient operation of our mobile service software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach & Lead Management: Conduct outbound calls utilizing dealer-provided customer and recall lists to schedule mobile service appointments. You will also be responsible for designing and executing text and email marketing campaigns within the mobile service software to generate new service leads.
  • Dealer Support & Software Management: Serve as a consultant for dealerships by assisting them in optimizing mobile service offerings, establishing automations, and troubleshooting software issues in collaboration with the mobile service technical team.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track set and completed appointments to generate performance reports for both internal and dealership management. Analyze outcomes and provide actionable insights for increasing mobile service volume.
  • Relationship Management: Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings with dealership personnel to review outreach strategies, discuss performance metrics, and offer additional software training as necessary.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Keep detailed records of dealership meetings and recaps for management and internal tracking. Engage in weekly internal team meetings to align on goals and priorities.
