Your Role

As the Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding a dynamic ecosystem of partners and stakeholders, significantly enhancing Sierra's market presence and influence.

  • Strategic Partnerships

    • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders and technology platforms.

    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of partnership development, from discovery to structuring deals and maintaining ongoing relationships.

  • Customer Engagement & Distribution

    • Explore and create innovative alliances and distribution channels that extend beyond traditional sales methods.

    • Utilize Sierra’s expansive network of investors and industry influencers to drive inbound interest and facilitate valuable introductions.

  • Collaboration & GTM Strategy

    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance go-to-market efforts through partnerships and ecosystem-driven strategies.

    • Ensure that partnerships are effectively integrated into existing go-to-market activities for maximum impact.

  • Market Analysis & Growth

    • Conduct market intelligence assessments to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
