Your Role
As the Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding a dynamic ecosystem of partners and stakeholders, significantly enhancing Sierra's market presence and influence.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders and technology platforms.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of partnership development, from discovery to structuring deals and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Customer Engagement & Distribution
Explore and create innovative alliances and distribution channels that extend beyond traditional sales methods.
Utilize Sierra’s expansive network of investors and industry influencers to drive inbound interest and facilitate valuable introductions.
Collaboration & GTM Strategy
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance go-to-market efforts through partnerships and ecosystem-driven strategies.
Ensure that partnerships are effectively integrated into existing go-to-market activities for maximum impact.
Market Analysis & Growth
Conduct market intelligence assessments to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
