Your role in our team
Our Tech team consists of 16 colleagues divided into two product teams: Mantel.com and Business Support. You will be working within the product team mantel.com. Together, you will build scalable, future-proof systems that prioritize both customers and colleagues. You will closely collaborate with a Product Owner, Information Analysts, UX Designers, and experienced Developers. As the linchpin in development, you will also interact extensively with other departments such as Category Management, Customer Care, and Marketing.
What will you do?
As a Business Information Analyst within our product team mantle.com, you are the key player in development. You look beyond the surface and fluently speak 'customer' and 'developer'. You ensure that complex needs seamlessly integrate into our tech stack (including PHP and MySQL).
Needs Translation: You translate the requirements from Business Analysts and stakeholders into precise technical specifications and user stories.
Process Modeling: You map information flows and business processes with BPMN, UML, or flowcharts.
Innovation & Optimization: You identify opportunities to keep our self-developed platform scalable and work on exciting projects such as our workshop planner, search engine, and omnichannel flows (including Click & Collect).
