QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytical, strategic, or research-related roles. A strong foundation in statistical methods. A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving end-to-end results. Experience in managing strategy or research projects, clearly defining objectives and outcomes. A PASSION for delivering meaningful insights and an inquisitive mindset that asks ‘why?’Strong analytical intellect and a passion for understanding customer behavior, satisfaction, and loyalty. A proven track record of being an insights partner to stakeholders, rather than merely a data provider. Experience tackling complex strategy or analytics challenges and delivering actionable insights. Business-oriented decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, the Business Intelligence Analyst will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Operations to identify, measure, analyze, and report on consistent metrics that reflect business health, fostering solution development and opportunity recognition.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Tableau dashboards that provide real-time insights, preparing monthly performance reports and executive communication materials that offer actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver precise and impactful insights that add value to the decision-making process.
  • Effectively communicate data-driven analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
  • Engage in the complete cycle of KPI development and ongoing evaluation, collaborating with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze both internal and external data to generate insights and dashboards for strategic planning and performance measurement, driving sales and informed business decisions.
  • Monitor progress and ensure the execution of plans aligns with targets, timelines, and key milestones, while maintaining data accuracy throughout the analysis process.
