Qualifications
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Power BI development, including semantic modeling, DAX, and report design. Proficient in Qlik Sense, with hands-on experience in data modeling and visualization in cloud environments. Strong skills in SQL / T-SQL for effective data exploration and query formulation. Experience with complex, multi-source data models. Adept at independently understanding and documenting unfamiliar data schemas. Experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation, such as data dictionaries and commented code. Proficient in gathering requirements and translating them into clear development specifications and operational checklists. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to work asynchronously and autonomously across different time zones. Nice-to-haves:Experience in healthcare, compliance, or operational analytics. Familiarity with SSIS and/or Databricks. Experience with Power BI lifecycle management. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools like Copilot. Exposure to SSRS report migration projects. Experience with project tracking tools like Zoho. Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar remote environments. Understanding of HL7 and FHIR standards in healthcare data interoperability.
