What’s this role about?
We are on the lookout for a talented Business Operations Analyst to join our Order Management team. You will leverage your profound expertise in data analysis, visualization, and quantitative research, ideally suited for enterprise software environments.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who can distill complex information into actionable insights via analysis, visualization, and system design. You should demonstrate a proactive approach, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to spearhead data-driven initiatives from inception to implementation with minimal supervision.
How will you contribute?
- Develop and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with the strategic goals of Order Management.
- Design, create, and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to evaluate group and business performance.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and systems.
- Examine complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (external vendors, Sales Ops, Finance) to define and enhance contract lifecycle management metrics.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and manage the full implementation process.
Do you have what it takes?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS, billing, or contract management.
- Proficient in Power BI or similar tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with enterprise software platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of SaaS billing models and the Order-to-Cash process.
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and engage effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English with the ability to liaise with global stakeholders.
