Your Impact

As a Business Solutions Architect/Product Manager within Axon’s Business Solutions team, you will oversee the Sales Systems and Enablement portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery and ongoing enhancement of essential platforms that facilitate the complete sales lifecycle — from opportunity management and quoting to forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics.

You will serve as a strategic ally to the Sales division, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to identify business requirements, cultivate strong relationships, and develop scalable solutions.

Initially, you will spearhead impactful projects aimed at boosting sales productivity, deal velocity, and pipeline visibility, including improvements to quoting, forecasting, and sales workflows. Over time, you will act as the product owner for designated sales systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring measurable business results across the Sales organization.

A critical aspect of your role involves collaborating with IT and Engineering teams, where you will drive the rapid prototyping of concepts, validate solutions with stakeholders, and scale them into production-ready capabilities.

You will be responsible for what gets delivered and the rationale behind it; the technical teams will manage the execution.
