The Digital Transformation team at Waymo is crucial in defining and constructing the business IT architecture that underpins the operational success of our autonomous vehicle fleet. We bridge the domains of supply chain, finance, operations, and IT, utilizing innovative architecture and meticulous attention to detail to ensure Waymo's processes are world-class.

In this hybrid role, you will work under the guidance of a Senior Manager, Supply Chain & GTM Systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive “to-be” technology landscape, outlining a solutions roadmap and a phased implementation strategy to meet strategic business objectives in Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Configure and support SAP MM, PP, and EAM/PM processes, including MRP, Production Orders, Demand Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management among others.
  • Customize and configure SAP S/4 HANA and associated boundary systems.
  • Lead functional tasks and deliverables encompassing process definition, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, and ongoing support.
  • Generate essential documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories, and test cases to facilitate the design and development of various business system tools.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and features, including process and change management.
