Role Overview: Business Systems Specialist
This position is based in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. The Business Systems Specialist will work closely with the Microsoft Power Platform to implement workflows and automate processes. The role involves supporting users, collaborating with vendors, and helping document and map business processes. There is also a focus on continuous improvement based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, for workflow and process automation.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve solutions.
- Provide daily support for business system users and coordinate with software vendors as needed.
- Assist in mapping business processes and creating workflow models and documentation.
- Lead user presentations and workshops, and explore additional tools and systems in use at P3.
- Keep up with Power Platform updates and suggest practical enhancements.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with the full solution delivery lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage.
