Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Support Analyst at Kepak, located in Blanchardstown, Dublin. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary resource for both technical and functional support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications across the organization. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring seamless operations, user satisfaction, and alignment of systems with business processes.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Business Systems Manager. We offer a flexible, hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main support contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
- Provide daily support to end-users, addressing queries and issues effectively.
- Facilitate onboarding for new users and manage their access permissions.
- Assist in workflows, templates, and automations within D365.
- Collaborate with internal developers on system enhancements.
- Support data migration and integration initiatives with other business systems (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint).
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system capabilities meet business requirements.
- Engage in strategy meetings aimed at improving system usage and adoption.
- Stay informed about D365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
