Qualifications:Dependable, detail-oriented, and proficient with numerical data. ERP software experience preferred; familiarity with MAS90/Sage is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential. Preference for candidates residing in Wake County. A background or experience in a Buyer/Planner role is preferred.

About the job

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Oversee customer purchase orders by serving as a liaison among sales, customers, and our team based in China.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel and ERP software to manage the supply chain effectively.
  • Input sales orders into the ERP system, handle releases, and maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with planning and forecasting components for production.
  • Maintain consignment inventory levels through strategic forecast planning – including offsite warehousing.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers and the logistics team.
