Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U. S. Top Secret security clearance. BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in production-grade C++ and/or Rust within a Linux development environment. Proven experience in developing software solutions that involve substantial data processing and analysis. Ability to quickly comprehend and navigate intricate systems and established codebases. A passion for working on critical software that has tangible real-world implications. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to build, test, and deploy solutions in real-world environments. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA strong foundation in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation (M&S) and physical systems. Experience in developing and testing multi-agent autonomous systems for real-world deployment. Experience in feature and algorithm development.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril is at the forefront of developing innovative aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. We take pioneering products such as Fury, an unmanned fighter jet, and Barracuda, an air-breathing cruise missile, from conceptualization to operational readiness. Our team is also involved in advancing Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s flagship software platform that empowers fleets of Fury, Barracuda, and other robotic systems to seamlessly collaborate across varied missions. We work closely with specialized teams in Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering to tackle some of the most complex challenges faced by our clients. We are seeking passionate software engineers and roboticists eager to contribute to the development of a robust autonomy software stack encompassing computer vision, motion planning, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications.
