Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and uphold calibration systems and schedules in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949:2016 standards.
- Oversee and perform the calibration of process instruments.
- Analyze calibration data, detect discrepancies, and propose corrective measures or enhancements to processes.
- Specify, procure, and validate new instrumentation and control equipment.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve calibration and process control challenges.
- Support process automation systems, including Allen Bradley Logix, Siemens S7 PLCs, GE IFIX SCADA, and related HMIs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of calibration tasks, reports, and modifications to control systems.
- Provide training to operations and maintenance staff on calibration methods and control systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations in all calibration and control activities.
- Monitor and assess emerging calibration technologies for potential integration.
