Key Details
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically 30-36 hours/week depending on the position.
Position Duration: Training begins on Saturday, May 30. Programs run from June 8 to August 7, with start dates of June 8 or June 15, depending on location, concluding on August 7 or August 14.
Compensation: Pay is based on position, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure. Starting hourly rates are as follows:
Assistant Climb Instructor: $19.70/hour
Rock Climbing Specialist: $20.70/hour
Relevant Certification Bonuses:
Single Pitch Instructor (SPI): $400
Wilderness First Aid: $100
Wilderness First Responder/EMT: $350
Additional bonuses of $100 - $400 available per certification, paid at the end of the season.
