Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary advisor to senior leadership on the integration of Captured Enemy Material (CEM) and Technical Intelligence (TECHINT) within the F3EAD framework.
- Design and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the collection, management, and analysis of enemy materials across specialized task forces.
- Coordinate exploitation activities between forward-deployed units and national laboratories (e.g., NGIC, NMEC, TEDAC) to ensure cohesive operations.
- Lead initiatives to attribute recovered technologies to specific state or non-state actors, focusing on counter-proliferation and supply chain disruption.
- Be prepared for deployment as necessary.
