Proven ability to enhance on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Experience in tracking and monitoring multiple customer orders and partner jobs effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring timely communication regarding order updates. Technical knowledge in manufacturing design and production, with the ability to apply insights or consult with subject matter experts to ensure timely job completion. Understanding of supplier capabilities and conducting oversight activities, including regular assessments, schedule management, quality reviews, and corrective actions. Skilled in managing part rejections and effectively communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve issues. Ability to address customer complaints regarding product returns and replacements. Reporting on the status, risks, and recovery efforts for delayed orders and jobs. Documenting all case activities in a centralized database. Utilizing company technology platforms while adhering to the Quality Management System. Monitoring supplier quality metrics to ensure integrity. Collaborating with Engineering, Customer Care, Quality, Sales, and Shipping teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery of manufacturing processes. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and leadership. Contributing to initiatives aimed at simplifying and automating processes. Complying with Xometry's quality and safety systems, policies, and procedures.
