Hadley Designs is on the lookout for an experienced Category Growth Manager to take charge of a multi-million dollar product category, primarily leveraging Amazon as the key channel for growth. This is a pivotal role for a results-oriented e-commerce professional who excels in ownership, accountability, and driving tangible growth through disciplined execution and informed decision-making based on data.
While this position focuses significantly on Amazon, we welcome candidates who have experience driving growth across various e-commerce platforms, DTC, or marketplace settings and are eager to apply that expertise within a large-scale Amazon environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of category performance, encompassing revenue, margin, pricing, advertising, and inventory management.
- Continuous optimization of product positioning, content, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Identification and validation of new product opportunities and expansion avenues.
- Lifecycle management of existing products to ensure their ongoing relevance and profitability.
- Inventory and demand planning to support growth while effectively managing costs and risks.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams.

- Implemented performance enhancements within existing strategies.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in managing product or category growth within e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Demonstrated proficiency in scaling revenue and profitability, whether as a brand owner or as part of a growth team.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions based on performance metrics.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the capability to quickly learn the platform.
