Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and accountability.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and best practices across production.
- Manage quality control processes through self-inspections and teamwork to ensure high-quality output.
- Facilitate daily production meetings to track progress, identify challenges, and devise solutions to meet production targets.
- Oversee personnel management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, while maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and HR to resolve operational challenges and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Support adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement to foster positive labor relations within the team.
