The Center Administrator plays a crucial role in the operational framework of our facility, serving as a stepping stone for professional advancement within Centria Autism. This entry-level position is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the center, focusing on cleanliness, maintenance, and supply management. The Administrator will also provide vital support to team members and engage with clients, delivering exemplary customer service through professional interactions both over the phone and during daily operations.

Performance Metrics

Key success indicators for this role include adherence to quality service delivery standards, compliance with payer requirements, alignment with Centria policies, and achievement of personal key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Behavior Technician utilization, client retention, and Technician retention rates.

Responsibilities

  1. Daily Administrative Support
    • Assist with center operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Welcome new and existing clients, offering tours of the facility as required.
    • Perform administrative tasks related to client services, including the distribution of printed materials.
    • Collaborate with the Operations Director to maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring staff have necessary items for effective operation.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both clients and team members, reporting any issues as necessary.
    • Ensure therapy equipment and furniture are in optimal condition, arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed.
    • Keep accurate records to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Receive deliveries and manage supply stock as required.
  2. Ensure timely documentation in accordance with established Centria procedures.
  3. Report all critical incidents and safety concerns per payer requirements and Centria's reporting policies.
  4. Foster a clean and organized workspace to enhance client interactions and therapy delivery.
  5. Display required company postings in appropriate areas.
  6. Manage Center Operations and Facilities
    • Work in partnership with the Operations Director to promote best practices and punctuality among team members.
    • Facilitate effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians in collaboration with the Operations Director.
