Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
- Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client’s treatment plan developed by a BCBA/BC.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to track progress.
- Assist in training parents and caregivers, aligning with the client’s individualized treatment plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by BCBA/BC.
- Adhere to safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients, and promptly report any critical incidents or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
- Support the BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
