To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: Genuine passion for assisting children with autism Exhibit patience and compassion, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Must be at least 18 years old Possess a high school diploma or GED Capability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Proficiency in moving through various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
