Your responsibilities will include employing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social interactions, and essential daily living skills, while also addressing and reducing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided to empower you in your role, even if you lack prior experience. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable and sometimes confrontational, requiring resilience and physical stamina. This position involves a variety of physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
