Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Center-Based Behavior Technician, where you can truly make a difference in the lives of children with autism. This rewarding role allows you to work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach vital communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing challenging behaviors. We seek candidates who are dedicated to helping children with autism realize their fullest potential.

In this dynamic environment, you will need to be patient, compassionate, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared to assist each child, regardless of your prior experience. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable, and you must be physically able to engage in various activities including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
