Requirements:A genuine passion for assisting children with autismAbility to demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamworkMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED requiredWillingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and undergo a Tuberculosis test if not done in the past yearMust pass a pre-employment background checkPhysical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications (not required):Experience in roles such as Behavioral Technician, Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, Caregiver, or similar fields involving children with autism or learning disabilities.
