Key Responsibilities Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques. Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in the client’s treatment plan developed by a BCBA/BC. Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to track progress. Assist in training parents and caregivers, aligning with the client’s individualized treatment plan. Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with established procedures. Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by BCBA/BC. Adhere to safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients, and promptly report any critical incidents or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment. Support the BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
