Qualifications

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to join the team in Portsmouth, Virginia. This position centers on supporting children with autism by delivering behavioral health services in a dedicated center environment. Technicians work closely with each child, following treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children to encourage their growth and learning.
- Carry out treatment strategies as directed by the BCBA, ensuring consistency and care in every session.
- Support children and their families by providing reliable, compassionate assistance tailored to each child’s needs.
