Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct client care in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing a blend of intensive teaching and natural environment training. Adhere to the behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols outlined in each client’s individualized treatment plan developed by a BCBA or BC. Accurately collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviors. Support parent and caregiver training in alignment with the client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction strategies. Ensure timely completion of documentation in accordance with established procedures. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client progress, as instructed by BCBA/BC. Employ safe and appropriate methods when working with clients and promptly report all critical incidents and safety concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment. Assist BCBA/BC with the preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition initiatives.

Our expert clinicians, proficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), create personalized, one-on-one programs that simplify daily tasks into digestible steps. This approach enhances children's communication skills, daily living capabilities, and social interactions, empowering them to thrive in school, at home, and within their communities.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, in-center.
