Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct client care in both individual and group settings using a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training methods.
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies as detailed in each client's individualized treatment plan, crafted by a BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, record, and analyze data on observable client behaviors.
Support parent and caregiver training in accordance with the client’s customized treatment and behavior reduction strategies.
Timely completion of documentation while adhering to established protocols.
Effectively communicate client progress to parents and caregivers as directed by the BCBA/BC.
Utilize safe practices when working with clients, reporting any critical incidents and safety concerns appropriately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
Assist BCBA/BC with the preparation of client materials and assessments related to behavior reduction and skills acquisition.

Our highly skilled clinicians, who are recognized leaders in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), create personalized, one-on-one treatment plans that simplify routine tasks into manageable steps. This therapeutic approach enhances communication skills, daily living capabilities, and social behaviors, enabling children to flourish in school, at home, and within their communities.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at our center.
