Strong passion for supporting children with autism Patience, compassion, and effective teamwork skills 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not conducted in the last year) Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check Capability to perform various physical tasks (e.g., sitting, squatting, bending) Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

In this rewarding position, you'll work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you'll teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively reducing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals dedicated to empowering children with autism to achieve their fullest potential.

Please note that working with children can be unpredictable, requiring physical engagement, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
