Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrates patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test if not done in the past year. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Capability to engage in various physical activities (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
