Genuine passion for helping children with autism Patience, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a team setting Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Capability to perform various physical tasks (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize proven, evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Therefore, you should be comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
