As a Behavior Technician, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention strategies under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
