Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions using both intensive teaching methods and natural environment training.
Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies as per individual treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
Accurately collect, document, and summarize data on client behaviors.
Support parent and caregiver training aligned with clients' treatment goals.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with established protocols.
Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress, as directed by BCBA/BC.
Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
Assist with preparing client materials and conducting assessments.
Required Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is mandatory.
Experience working with children, especially those with autism, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
