Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct client care in both individual and group formats employing a mix of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
Adhere to the specified behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols from the client’s customized treatment plan, crafted by a BCBA.
Gather, document, and summarize data regarding observable client behaviors.
Support parent and caregiver training in accordance with the client’s personalized treatment and behavior reduction protocols.
Complete documentation punctually and according to established guidelines.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress as directed by the BCBA.
Employ safe and appropriate practices when engaging with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapeutic environment.
Assist BCBA in preparing client materials, conducting behavior assessments, and skills acquisition tasks.
