Qualifications
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients in both individual and group settings, employing intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
Adhere to behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols detailed in each client's individualized treatment plan developed by a BCBA/BC.
Monitor, document, and summarize observable client behaviors accurately.
Support parent and caregiver training in alignment with clients' individualized treatment and behavior reduction plans.
Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner following established protocols.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about client progress, as directed by BCBA/BC.
Implement safe and appropriate procedures while working with clients and report any critical incidents or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and conducting behavior assessments.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, in-center
