Required Qualifications:Willingness to undergo a background check if offered a position. High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Reliable transportation is essential; a valid driver's license and insurance may be required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test if not done in the past year. Ability to physically engage with clients, including getting down on the floor, standing repeatedly, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving quickly when necessary for the safety of children.

Life Skills Autism Academy is on the lookout for dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)! Ideal candidates will either possess a current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or commit to completing a 40-hour training course and taking the RBT competency exam within 45 days of joining our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development of children on the Autism Spectrum by delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This therapy aims to enhance essential developmental skills, including language, communication, social interactions, and readiness for school.
