Current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Centria Healthcare seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its Mount Pleasant, Michigan location. This role centers on working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, following individualized treatment plans that support each child’s growth and progress.

Role overview

The RBT will work in a center-based setting, focusing on implementing treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Daily tasks involve direct interaction with children, encouraging skill-building and positive behaviors while supporting clients as they work toward developmental goals.
