Position Overview:

We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Centralized Leasing Consultant at our Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee the leasing process for various properties, as delegated by management, while prioritizing customer service, lead generation, and application management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the entire leasing process from initial inquiries to lease signing, including sales and administrative tasks, with occasional light manual duties.
  • Building and maintaining a thorough understanding of community product knowledge, fair housing regulations, and leasing policies.
  • Ensuring that all leasing documentation, fair housing compliance, and resident interactions are accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Maintaining knowledge of essential community data points, including number of units, year built, building materials, utility providers, etc.
  • Staying informed about local market conditions to effectively influence the sales strategy.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for prospect and resident inquiries via phone and technology, converting inquiries into property tours and escalating complex issues to management.
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences that lead to positive reviews.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing resident concerns, suggesting improvements to customer satisfaction to the Community Manager, thereby enhancing community experience.
  • Completing all administrative tasks related to leasing or move-in processes, such as guest card completion and lease preparation.
  • Documenting and potentially scheduling routine service requests from residents.
  • Exhibiting proficiency in property management software and tools.
