About the Team:
Our team collaborates closely with the Directed Content and 1x1 Call Services groups to provide timely channel checks and customer interviews that unveil real-time demand signals, competitive behaviors, and purchasing trends across key industry sectors. By pinpointing the right operators, distributors, or end-customers and engaging them at strategic moments, we equip investors with unique, actionable insights.
The Channel & Customer Research (CCR) team delivers scalable primary research, offering real-time insights into corporate performance and industry landscapes. Through structured interviews with distributors, resellers, suppliers, consultants, and other partners, CCR captures the viewpoints of professionals directly involved in market activities. Leveraging AlphaSense's AI Interviewer technology, CCR continuously conducts and scales structured expert interviews, enhancing coverage while ensuring consistency and analytical precision. Covering hundreds of companies across major sectors, CCR provides investors and corporate clients with continuous updates on demand trends, competitive strategies, and evolving market conditions.
