In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a skilled Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) to join our dynamic team at our head office located in Eccles, Manchester. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming and refurbishing existing properties, including care homes and residential buildings, into innovative shared facilities for adults facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing detailed design and construction drawings, managing projects through RIBA stages 3 to 7, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
