Qualifications
A genuine passion for cooking and creating unforgettable dining experiences. Exceptional teamwork and communication skills. A strong commitment to learning, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Experience in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine is a plus. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety certification is highly valued. Must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
